FRIDAY 27TH AUGUST

Jon Kendall- USA style troubadour rock pop of a hyper commercial disposition....John Cougar Mellencamp meets The Eagles...hi John hi Eagles....like your bike in the fast lane dudes.

Greg Ashananay- Keys fuelled melodic pop.

Jack McDougall- Strident singer songwriter with guitar and keys alternated to grand effect... Elliot Smith could well be a touchstone..

Neil Ward- Singer songwriter with super earnest songs about lost love and the like. Get Cape Wear Cape Fly and similar. Can’t put a foot wrong tunes wise!

Will McNicol- Man and glad handed guitar inspired by James Taylor, Dylan, David Grey…

Barbarella- Fine songs of eclectic construct…one for instance is reminiscent of "Stairway" but overall has a klezmer jazz feel mixed with a heavily trained Broadway-esque vocal! Dresden Dolls kinda vibes.

FRIDAY 10TH SEPTEMBER

Pete McAllen- A talented young fellow with a sound not unlike that of Get Cape Wear Cape Fly, or Sam Isaac. A good selection of mellow and catchy songs. We Are Scientists and similar electronically-tinged lad rock also springs to mind.

The Lion and the Wolf- Acoustic treasures of the Bon Iver school.

Carl- Thom Yorke solo reverberates here..

Polly Rocket- Like an emo-ified Tegan and Sara. Heavy Dashboard Confessional influence also perhaps.

Kristy Gallacher- Acoustic take on Florence And The Machine.  In her voice there is a delightful smidge of Norah Jones as well!. Very nice. Perfect for The Constitution ,and here you be.

PJ- An acoustic Oasis appears for your refreshment.

FRIDAY 24TH SEPTEMBER

Paul James Berry- This singer songwriter is from Brighton... Kicks off very Lou Reed and moves into a Bowiesque territory... there's Tom Waits and a bit of Johnny Cash as well.... dark but commercial and easy on the ear at the same time... killer diller.

Kenny Bogan- As someone once opined- ‘The sort of David Gray you wouldn't want to punch in the face’ …quite so, not that we’ve ever wanted to punch that fella in the face actually at all. Talented singer songwriter from Amsterdam via Ireland.

Joseph Watkin- Heavy Jeff Buckley influence, resiliently soulful singer-songwriter stuff.

The Skellies- Bristling and twangy garage nuanced punk workouts with a suitably snotty dropped aitches vocal and a 60s vibe, bloody good. Just a 3 piece, pitch themselves neatly between The Cramps, Dead Kennedys and The Fall thru a proper London punk vocal...great!

Proud Proud People- Incisive indie folk pop a la The Dodos or the lower-key end of the National.

Ben Estherby- Strumming singer-songwriter in the vein of Billy Bragg via a lickle Dylan.
